Job Summary

Qualification

B.E./ B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech. (preferably in Plastic/polymer engineering).


Minimum Experience

4 years in injection mold design and manufacturing.


Technical knowledge of

  • All types of plastic injection molds(viz. hot runner, cold runner, 3 plate, 2 plate, etc).
  • Electrode design for manufacturability.
  • CAM (preferred).
  • Drafting and reverse engineering of parts.
  • Mold drafting.
  • All manufacturing processes related to mold manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of different plastics and their properties.

Technical software required

  • Thorough efficacy with UNIGRAPHICS (NX) with CAD and CAM both.
  • AUTOCAD 2D, AUTOCAD 3D.
  • AUTODESK MOLD FLOW analysis (Preferred).

Other basic requirements

  • MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of and efficacy with the Internet.
  • Team work and team spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Mold design
  • Electrode design
  • CAM. (preferred)
  • Mold & part drafting
  • Making reference drawings for EDM, Wire-cut, milling, turning , etc.
  • Mold flow analysis (preferred)
  • ISO documentation
  • Participation in process planning and execution

  • English
  • Hindi
  • Gujarati (preferred)
