We are looking for a Practice Leader Salesforce to manage Salesforce practice and the growth of our Salesforce business. The primary responsibility of the role holder is to grow Salesforce business by acquiring new customers, account management of existing customers & managing delivery unit. The role is directly, and independently responsible for sales and business development activity to generate leads. You will interact closely with senior client stakeholders to understand the requirements for salesforce solutions and craft a compelling value proposition to win the business.You will also play a role in strengthening and leveraging our relationship with Salesforce.org. Your Key responsibilities will include
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence. Business Development & New Client Acquisition Account Management & Account Mining with existing customers Maintain client relationship and satisfaction. Scaling & managing delivery organization for business growth Support business development activities by representing the team in prospect meetings, contributing to proposals, and creating/validating implementation estimates. Participate in alliance partner events and functions. Qualification:
Minimum 12+ years of IT experience across presales, delivery, and practice management. At least 3+ years of that in selling and delivering Salesforce solutions. You ve worked in the Salesforce.org ecosystem and have deep familiarity with the market, technology, and the Salesforce.org alliances and sales leaders. Experience in leading client engagement and building relationships at CXO levels Deep knowledge and expertise across the solution set of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing etc. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform force.com, Apex, LWC, Integrations. Successful deliveries of large, complex salesforce programs spanning multiple solutions, integration and deployments. Salesforce Certifications would be a plus.
