Job Summary
Qualification : Masters in Computer Management OR MBA in Operations, with any Graduate
Location: Pune India
Qualifications: Masters in Computer Management OR MBA in Operations, with any Graduate
Experience: Must have experience of 3 years as a Functional consultant in Odoo. Experience in operations will be preferred.
Specific Personality Traits Required:
- Manages day-to-day client interaction - Sets and manages client expectations
- Good knowledge of Python and ODOO framework.
- Development and extension of the Open Object framework and its existing modules.
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Job Brief:
As the Operations Manager your primary job will include :
- Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets.
- Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
- Build strong relationships by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide operational support and guidance to staff.
- Manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
- Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
- Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates etc.
Responsibilities:

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Outstanding organisational skills
