Age Limit : 45 Yrs
Key Tasks/Activities:
- Collection and consolidation of market information
- Finalising productwise monthly targets
- Developing Sales Plans for the team and monitoring performance
- Plan and carry out meeting with key customers
- Preparing plan for periodic customer meets
- Tracking customer enquiries
- Initiate Vehicle requirement proposals
- Carryout periodic performance reviews and initiate corrective actions
- Plan and organise training for the team/customers
Key Accountabilities:
- Adherence to targets
- Business development
- Inventory control
- Profitability
- Customer & manpower retention
- Proper utilization of Trade advance
Person Specifications, including Competencies
- Degree/ PG in any Discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in sales
- Exposure in Sales of Commercial Vehicles will be an added advantage
- Pleasing personality
- Good communication skills
- Interactive skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self driven
