Job Summary
Manage administrative activities including official formalities related to premises and personnel.Review and monitor the office expenses.The areas of responsibility is the data maintenance and upkeep of all the communities under the umbrella of the sales centre of a given jurisdictionEnsuring the smooth and efficient running of the branch assigned to you by carrying out the day-to-day administration duties in the branch and supporting the various Better Homes Sales Agents. Provide a meet and greet function for company , walk-in clients and successfully communicating company information and providing advice. Preparing and following up on all sales-related paperwork (in conjunction with the appropriate agents) as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available in MasterKey Systems. This will include data entry on MasterKey Systems, invoicing and receipting (if needed), preparing contracts, etc. Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents (checks, etc) through appropriate courier companies on behalf of company staff. Maintaining accurate records on these transactions and reconciling them with monthly statement of accounts, as provided and/or requested by the Finance Division. Preparation and analysis of various MIS Reports ie. Sales Report , Market trend analysis , Demand and Supply , Sales Forecast etc.Preparation of monthly despatch plan and monthly retail plan.Finalizing the dealer-wise annual targets as per management guidelines.Independently handling/ Controlling of all despatches of Products in Bulk.Independently handling payments for all the dealers. Co-ordination for Inventory Funding facility to dealers through banks.Controlling the budget for the entire sales deptt. on mothly , quarterly , half-yearly and yearly basis.Preparation of launch schedules of New Models.Co-ordination for RTO Approvals for New Models .Responsible for Daily Sales Report , ISO Audit , Asset Control Co-ordination for Monthly Marketing Meeting , Production Sales Meeting , Stock Reconciliation Meeting etc.Co-ordination with internal and external departments Minimum Requirements
