Job Summary

Teacher Training Design and Delivery:


Design and enhance teacher training spanning pedagogy, online classroom management,
content understanding, content delivery and company policies
Create plans for continuous and ongoing training of existing teachers
Deliver teacher trainings and develop and lead a team of teacher trainers
Create and implement teacher developmental plans


Teacher On-The-Job Training:


Design and implement On-The-Job training programme for new teachers
Track and monitor progress of teachers


Teacher Quality:


Monitor teacher quality through class observation and student outcomes
Design and execute interventions for teachers to improve instructional quality


Content Ownership:


Understand the English language learning content and recommend changes
Provide feedback to the content team based on in-class experience
Design and develop ideas for new courses for students


Teacher Selection:


Conduct teacher selection interviews and improve the selection process
