Handling Inbound queries from students from all over India who want to take admission into online international universities.

Maintaining proper and detailed records of the queries.

Converting the student queries / leads into admission

Counselling the students and clarifying them with program characteristics, curriculum, selection and career planning.

Holding discussion sessions with parents/other counsellors and clarifying their doubts.

Actively tracking and following up on potential leads/queries.

Prepare advising materials including guides and enrollment materials.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to listen to the students query and giving the correct solution

Creation of a positive brand image among the students for a healthy conversion rate.

Persuasive and confident personality
