Purpose of Job:
Responsible for function across entireproduct life cycle from strategy to evaluation. Will work cross functionally tocomplete product roadmaps and discover newer opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Productand Process Management
- Managingproductand process strategy forLAP and small business loans.
- Portfoliomanagementand managing product features
- Conceptualizationandexecuting marketing activities for increasing direct business in mortgages
- Responsibleforcreating an end to end system and process automation for collections departmentand ensuring standardization of processes and reduction in errors and TAT.
- Liaisingwith stakeholders across different teams (policy, operations, risk, compliance,marketing etc.) for the product team
PerformanceManagement
Managingtheinternal sales team and external channel partners for acquiring business andP&L responsibility.
Preparinghiringstrategy, scorecard and ensuring increase in productivity of the team.
Settingtargetsbasis budgets, cost and revenue and to design incentive strategy forcontests forthe internal sales team and third party channel.
Ensuringaudits,complianceand saleserrors arewithin the necessary guidelines
Strategic Initiatives
AnalyzingMISand Analytics to give high level inputs and strategy to the senior managementto implement initiatives.
Responsiblefordesigning strategy for resource allocation, new tie ups, cross selling campaigns throughreferrers, policy and process improvement.
ResponsibleforLead Management Systems and ensure tracking and closure of the leads.
Understandapplication processing for mortgages across different operating models and lookto recommend possible improvement
Responsibleforportfolio attrition and re-alignment of strategy.
Portfolioplanning and trend analysis
Managingcustomer interactionsand escalations
