Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Contribute significantly to new business pitches and oversee the successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for all customer-related inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Advisory Relationships: Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Account Growth: Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing accounts, using available resources to enhance retention and growth.
  • Needs Assessment: Continuously evaluate and clarify customer needs, documenting findings in Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • Market Insights: Analyze current marketing trends through CRM and analytics tools, track competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree or higher in technology or a related field from a top-tier engineering school.
  • Professional Experience: Over 10 years of experience in enterprise account management or business development within a SaaS company.
  • Client Service Expertise: Ability to manage numerous client accounts with enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced capabilities in system integrations, requirement gathering, SOW documentation, RFI/RFP preparation, and cross-functional project management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for persuasion, influence, negotiation, and delivering presentations effectively.
  • Sales Experience: A background in consultative sales or as a solutions engineer is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: A confident, dynamic personality that can bring energy and humor to the team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive under deadline pressure.
