Job Summary

In a nutshell:

Process online orders and manage the inventory levels of our business.

What you will be doing:

  • 1) Timely processing of orders received on our domestic and international website
  • 2) Coordinating with our warehouse operations to ensure timely dispatch of orders
  • 3) Conducting COD confirmations with customers prior to order dispatch
  • 4) Highlighting any order issues and reaching a resolution with the operations team
  • 5) Overseeing inventory across our product portfolio to drive restocking decisions

  • 1) Detail oriented and ability to multi-task across different platforms
  • 2) Manage relationships across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
  • 3) Stay organized and prioritize day-to-day tasks to drive productivity and efficiency
