Job Summary Key Requirement for the Position

1. MBA from Tier-1 Institute with experience of 2+ years in eCommerce Key Account Management from FMCG/Beauty/FMCD/General Merchandise industry
2. Should understand fundamental levers of eCommerce to drive offtake
3. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders internally & externally
4. Comfortable to use disparate data sources to derive insights and plan of action

Job Description

Role: KAM- Ecommerce
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end to end customer partnerships for a set of accounts
2. KPIs across eCommerce fundamental levers
3. Manage performance marketing, visibility, and consumer promo budgets for set of accounts
4. Closely co-ordinate with brand/product teams for focus categories
5. Manage planning and distribution of right stock at right locations
6. Own claims and account receivables
7. Track competition and category trends

Experience / Skills
