Manager - Ad Sales Job in Phonepe
Responsibilities:
Build and scale agency business from grounds-up to gain larger spends within the marketing budgets of large marketing agencies in India
End to end ownership of the agencies across Revenue, Relationships, Commercials and Team.
Establish strong relationships with leadership stakeholders across Digital heads, Account heads, Regional heads of all agencies for the specific region
Build strong 1:1 relationship with agency personnels to scope and understand the spends across objectives, channels, and scope potential for PhonePe Ads
Drive awareness for PhonePe Ads offerings within the agencies through roadshows, workshops, events and account in-depth discussions
Deliver on the revenue target by establishing business development rigors, Agency performance governance & ; feedback loops for product on outcomes delivered & scope of further business.
Handle outbound sales (hard/push sales) according to the business needs to penetrate the new accounts and new business lines deeper
Collaborate within Agencies to ensure inflow of campaign briefs from the key accounts and various industries to gain larger spend share from the Agency
Create JBP structures for large agencies and identify and accelerate business for mid &; small agencies
Coach &; Mentor the team and track them to success on the Agency performance parameters
Work with internal stakeholders across Campaign Management to improve campaign management efficiencies for Agency business
Ideate on creative ideas, product ideas, new opportunities & be the voice of external business landscape internally
