Job Summary

My role is to make Phillips Corporation the best supplier of manufacturing technology there will ever be, by

  • Letting the concept of legendary value be the driving force in all my decisions in regard to my customers. I will conduct business each day with the ultimate goal of 100% complete customer satisfaction with any tool available if there are no tools available, I will create them.
  • Being a virtuoso user of MYCDT creating the necessity to develop the competencies of myself/team through dialogue around audacious performance objectives and the skill to develop the muscle (skill) to both anticipate brick walls and to be able to get on the other side of the brick wall (honor your word).
  • Always make sure to be the great team player in supporting the entire sales team for achieving customer satisfaction, great revenue for the business and long-term relations with the customer by having audious goals in line with company s vision & mission.
  • Personally, to be persistently on a learning curve in customer relations, sales, and knowledge of machine tooling, so that I will continually improve my performance in sales resulting in financial success not only for myself, and my customers, but for Company. Continuing on the path to Virtuosity is my goal!
  • Becoming thoroughly knowledgeable of all products and knowing where these machines are best suited in the Manufacturing process, so I can identify customers needs they didn t realize they had!
  • Being the best sales engineer continuing to build and maintain relationships with all of the customers in my territory, as well as being deliberate and conscientious of making new ones. Also continuing faithfulness and friendliness to all of my customers, being the "go to guy" that they will call for all their manufacturing needs.
  • Providing legendary customer value by building trust, valuing others, communicating effectively, driving & executing, innovation, focusing on the customer, solving the problems creatively, demonstrating high integrity, and maintaining professional, internal and external relationship that meet company s core values.
  • Ensuring that all our Business Makers are provided with the very best in sales technical support; ensuring that Phillips Machine Tools (India) Pvt. Ltd has the best team of Sales Department by providing required guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive attitude despite all the negative influences so that my enthusiasm and attitude about my job is contagious to other people and our customers
  • Ensuring to put my best efforts to keep highest market share and profit margin by providing most effective and efficient solution to customer against our competitors. I shall firmly believe that we are in business to provide solution to customer in metal cutting for their problems, I am not just a Machine supplier.
  • As a brand ambassador, I will partner with our customers and suppliers to improve competencies for applying manufacturing technology resulting in leaps in productivity. I will make sure all of my customers (internal & external) are always operating at optimal performance.
  • Continually learning, understanding the latest in technological processes in machine tool solutions; Developing and maintaining great relationships with all existing and potential suppliers of critical components with respect to technology, quality, pricing and delivery;
