The Role
The Software QA/Test Engineer, will be working closely with the Product Development and Implementation teams, to support testing activities and defect management. The Software QA/Test engineer will play a key role in delivering next generation products within Perigord s product offerings. The suitable candidate will have prior experience working in product testing and/or implementation testing which may include system testing, integration testing, regression testing and UAT.
Requirements
Requires sound knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures, as well as strong understanding of SDLC, SILC and STLC.
Solid understanding and experience in web application(s) testing.
Good knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum process.
Ability to analyse product requirements and authoring test scenarios.
Experience in writing and executing manual test cases and scripts.
Strong understanding and experience of regression testing.
Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in change management.
Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in using Jira or a similar issue tracking system.
Possess strong Cross-Browser testing skills.
Experience in product testing and/or testing configurable applications.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Automation (Selenium with Java).
Strong understanding of SQL.
Previous experience in Application Programming Interface (API) testing.
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11.
Experience of testing workflow management applications within the pharmaceutical supply chain.
