Job description:

• Must have 10-12 years of relevant experience in QA / Test process consulting and also in program / project management
• Understand how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
• Expert in Defining and implementing test processes, ALM tool workflows, strategies, quality gates for each phase of STLC and SDLC
• Experience in providing recommendations to the client on test process, testing tools, infrastructure, test data management, environment management, release management, automation and non-functional testing
• Capable of Identifying process improvements, collect best practices and lessons learnt from projects and update the organization database
• Design Test Process Lifecycle Roadmap and define foundational test artifacts & processes including Test Strategy, Traceability, Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management and Reporting
• Assess the technical skillset of the client QA organization
• Provide recommendations on analysis and develop implementation roadmap with short/medium/long term goals
• Travel across client locations in US, UK / Europe, ANZ, APAC.
• Influence clients and stakeholders at all levels in solution selling.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner, Proactive with ability to solve challenging technical problems, good debugging capabilities.

Good to have Skills / Experience

• Experience on test management tools like Quality Center / ALM, Rally, Jira, etc.
• Able to perform QA Assessment, tool analysis, recommend and configure the right tool set and workflows
• Have experience in providing consulting solutions around QA / Test processes / project and program management areas
