Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates to inform them about our coourses, generate leads, and handle queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers.
Maintain a database of customer information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification .
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress.
Basic computer knowledge.
