Over the past 2.5 years we ve worked with brands like India Today, Amazon India, Adobe, Swiggy, Dunzo, Businessworld, Times Group, Digit, Wittyfeed, YourStory etc. along with 750+ brand companies like BookMyShow, UpGrad, Yulu, Paisabazaar, Zivame, Yatra, Bewakoof, Imarticus Learning etc. to create content that is meticulous and customized according to our clients' needs.
We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery and upskilling for all our creators.Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings and ensure the quality of deliveries are top notch. To achieve this, we are looking for aCreative Headwho will work closely with the content marketing lead and Pepper s marketing team to create a robust content workflow for us.
We re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people and isn t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all creative projects, from concept to delivery
Responsible for planning and executing projects independently and in conjunction with the various team across all mediums.
Mentor and develop an exceptional creative team. Establish high-quality standards for the creative team of copywriters, designers and video marketers plus editors
Maintain brand consistency across all media types both for us and for our partners
Work in close collaboration with Marketing, UX, and Business Development to create and execute marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate must have -
6-8 years experience
Can liaise with multiple stakeholders like copywriters, designers, tech and video teams
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate talent and encourage growth
Aware of current trends in the creative space
Project management skills for end-to-end planning, execution and delivery
Hands-on experience and portfolio of creative work including copy or art and design, having executed conceptual campaigns
Deep understanding of content creation and analysis across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, etc.
Knowledge of design and art direction, and using software like InDesign, Photoshop etc.
