We are looking for hiring aStrategic HR Program Manager into the Chief People Officer s office.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, build and focus on programs to build company culture and attract the best talent into our workforce
• Will drive strategic HR programs that need to be centrally managed and driven to ensure that we are laser focused on our priorities
• The strategic program manager will work closely with the CPO, the executive leadership to drive these mission critical programs
• Will work in a fast-paced global environment to drive change and bring impact in a metric driven manner.

Requirements:

• Graduate + MBA HR from a top tiered college. With 5-7 yrs of exp.
• Should be comfortable dealing with cross functional teams and executive leadership to drive results.
• Should have worked in a strategic HR office and/or strategic HR capability before.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills.
• Great HR Project Management skills.
• A confident and clear communication style and presentation skills with excellent organizational skills.
• Being enterprising and solution oriented will be strongly preferred.
• We are open for remote resources as well.
