Job Summary

As Manager HR you will be responsible for all HR activities and operations in the region. In brief responsibilities are as follows: Manpower planning of in the region. Sourcing of manpower as per guidelines in the region. Performance management of the staff. Drive performance thru Compensation and Pay for performance ? Reward and recognition Identifying and Managing employee engagement activities. Identifying training needs and co-ordinate training programs. Competency mapping. People development plan and bridging competency gaps.KPI for the position Turn around time, Cost of recruitment, 100 % new hires on-boarded % turnover, Retention plans for critical value adders, Labor efficiencies i.e improvements in $ Sales/Headcount, NOPBT/ Headcount Implementation of the PMP, % of employees covered by Variable Compensation Plans Training man-days/ as per plan, % of people promoted from within OHS scores, # of grievances / conflicts/ legal cases in a year Response time, and reduction in administration costs New skills learnt, upgraded Variance from suggested proficiency level for the role

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must be MBA in HR from good B school, with 6-10 yrs of experience in HR operations for a multilocation organization.Candidate should have following skills: Service orientation. Networking and liaison skills. Knowledge of HR, Personnel, Administrative systems and processes ( Performance Management, Succession planning and bench building, MIS). Recruitment and Selection skills .
