Job Summary

You will be responsible for :

  • Achieving qualified outbound leads as per targets from assigned vertical for self (individual contributor) and team
  • Lead and Mentor Business Development Executives towards continually improving the sales team's performance
  • Achieving revenue as per defined targets
  • Involve in end to end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Ensuring coordination with Sales Head, pre-sales, solutioning & marketing teams

You will have the skills :

Functional:

  • 6 - 9 years of total knowledge and experience with IT Service Sales - Web / Mobile Application Development, DevOps Services, Extended Teams / Staff Augmentation for Software Development, etc.
  • Expertise in Inside sales for US market - especially with Independent Software Vendor organizations
  • Expertise with various industry verticals for software sales including HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, InsurTech and other sectors
  • Expertise in Inside sales for US market - especially with Independent Software Vendor organizations
  • Ability to sell, nurture, and follow-up consistently
  • Should be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) skills and natural leadership skills
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in leading teams of multiple Business Development Executives
  • Ability to mentor and develop Business Development Executives and other team members by sharing industry best practices
