Roles & Responsibilities

• Working with Product Owner in sprint planning, maintaining product backlog, retrospective meetings etc.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Delivery focused, self-motivated person who takes complete ownership of deliveries for own team.
• Raising risks and issues at right time and to correct person.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.

Job Specification

• At least 4 years of experience of working as Scrum Master (Agile PM) for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum ceremonies, principles and practices combined with an overall 6 10 years experience.
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches like XP, Kanban is added advantage.
• Experience with working in environment where Agile / DevOps techniques are used: user stories; TDD; continuous integration; continuous deployment; automated testing, etc.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Coming from a development background is a plus.
• At least 2 years experience in DXPs (or at least WCMS) / eCommerce platforms. Experience on Sitecore / Acquia / Magento would be a plus.

Technical Skill Sets

• Experience of Project Manager/Technical Lead role
• Contract Management, Planning/ Execution & Tracking, PMO Planning and Execution, Scoping and Estimating, Business Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Workshop
• Planning and Execution
• Should have at least 3 years experience in executing projects using Agile Scrum / Kanban. Certification would be a plus.
• At least 5 years experience in DXPs (or at least WCMS) / eCommerce platforms. Experience on Sitecore would be a plus.
• Working experience on DevOps, Cloud & Automation
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Project and Office
• Experience of delivering projects
• Experience of working in Agile environments
• Be able to relate to both business and technology people
• Workshop leadership and facilitation, including Agile retrospectives
• Expert at gathering and communicating Agile metrics

Desirable skills

• Knowledge of Agile testing techniques
• Understand Agile approaches to architecture
