Meet Our Team:
Customer Service team is responsible for designing and implementing features on top of Pega Platform while building consumer grade Customer Service application features that can be smoothly run by our internal customers, and external customers alike. This team develops and maintains a product called PegaCALL which enables smooth operations of the telephony systems with the customer service application using Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). This team churns out multiple product releases in a year while ensuring we maintain the highest level of product quality and cover multiple scenarios involving Performance, Scalability, HA, Implementation, Security and Accessibility. High emphasis is given to architecture and designs while also enhancing application maturity.

This person builds business processes, framework features and supporting functions based upon identified business requirements and use cases. The person functions in Scrum teams with other professionals focused on building, maintaining, and supporting solutions frameworks for the CRM industry. In this role, you'll help us design, develop, implement new enhancements for the applications.

Passionate about learning new technologies and constant desire for innovation
6+ years of development experience preferably in a product development company.
BE or Master s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
Strong experience in working with service-oriented architecture and Restful services.
Excellent system design experience and have built highly scalable enterprise applications on cloud.
Experience working on Pega technology is a plus
Proficiency with OOPs, Java, and XML.
Exposure to CSS, JavaScript and UI technologies/frameworks like ReactJS, Angular are a plus.
Strong desire for product quality and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve results
