We're looking for an individual who has been part of strategic environments to engage in pragmatic & contemporary HR interventions and lead the employees through a successful tenure at the company. In this role, you will majorly device high-level strategy in all the verticals of HR like talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits & others.
You will manage a team consisting of a recruiter and admin personnel, guiding and maneuvering the implementation of best practices in HR. You'll collaborate with the site/project leads to ensure that the team carries out seamless execution of the transactional HR processes to ensure an influential impact. The focus will remain on driving and successfully automating & implementing policies and procedures company-wide.
As the Human Resources Lead, you'll have the opportunity to manage automated HR processes, culture and employee experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.

What You'll Achieve

1. Own the end-to-end experience of managing an employee life cycle through regular audits
2. Manage and streamline the HR and Administration budget
3. Employ an expert hand at conflict resolution and grievance management
4. Manage attrition and execute retrenchment as and when required

5. TALENT ACQUISITION:

  • Create, maintain and update the talent acquisition process as per the needs of the company and ensure strict adherence
  • Ensure proper budgeting and ensure optimum average sourcing cost per hire
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition personnel for ensuring high quality JDs are prepared against each MRF and a short TAT is maintained
  • Formulate best practices for hiring and related communication with candidates to enhance credibility of the organization on social platforms
  • Abide by strong on-boarding and formal training duration with the support of the site/project leads for all new joiners
  • Device reports and debrief the management with points of analysis every week
  • Maintain employee files and ensure 100% audit scores for all quarters

6. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

  • Create, maintain and update the performance management process as per the needs of the company and ensure strict adherence
  • Collaborate with the site/project lead for ensuring adherence to the assessment and alignment process of new joiners thus absorbing them seamlessly into the PMS
  • Formulate best practices for reporting and representing facts collected through the PMS to ensure proper classification of employees based on their performance ratings
  • Device PIP as and when required for employees who may hold the lagging positions and take meaningful decisions
  • Implement and track increments as per cycle based on PMS

7. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

9. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT:

  • Understand the requirements and growth needs of the company and individual employees to device programs that will add competitive advantage to the company and satisfy the self-development instincts of the employees

About You (Essentials)

  • Professional qualification: MBA/Post Graduate degree/diploma in Human Resource Management
  • 4+ years of experience at managing organizations with strength up to 500 employees
  • 2+ years of experience of leading a team at an MNC
  • Experience in working in a consulting background/firm
  • Driven self-starter with excellent organizational skills to establish employee relations and industrial relations as need be
  • Experience of working with tech teams to maintain/enhance the existing Human Resource Information System
  • Ability to present and sell your ideas, create coalition, and build support ; Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation writing, and delivery skills
  • Ability to understand the business requirement well and devising action plans accordingly
  • Ability to achieve consistency by following, maintaining, and evolving HR processes in coordination with other teams to ensure user satisfaction
  • Enjoy mentoring more junior team members, and leading by example to help others adopt best practices
