Job Description
RoleTo us, an HR Leader Is a go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Leader duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining, and modeling the Ajackus culture is a top priority. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive human resources experience in the tech/consulting industry, ideally as an HR Leader. You should have well developed coaching, communication, and leadership skills and should provide an example of excellence to all.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Should have a background in organizational development and previous experience with talent acquisition is also a plus. Passion for the business and be driven to accomplish and meet objectives. Have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. An ability to navigate ambiguity and a fast-paced environment is also a must. Responsible for providing wise counsel (not HR best practices for HR s sake) to the business and successfully influencing and supporting strategies to meet our business objectives. Nurture a positive working environment Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Revolutionize HR Functions with the help of technology, data & strategy
QualificationsMasters Degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field Proven working experience as HR manager People-oriented and results-driven Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
