Increase productivity of existing empanelledchannels
To ensure proper compliance/integrity
Resolution of customer escalations, if any.
Create understanding/awareness about the new tests in thechanneland market.
Study area and customer segments to collate database/ MIS of customer
Track prospective distributors
Identification of decision making authority in prospect customer and make customized presentation to convert deals
Collecting testimonials/ references from customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and increasing customer engagement levels of existing customers
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customer
- Education: B.Pharma / B.Se (65% Throughout) / Bsc / Bsc Microbiology / M.Pharma / M.Se B.Tech Biotechnology / MBA / MBA Pharmaceutical Management
