Job Summary
Qualification : B.A./Any Graduate / B.Com/ M.Com
- Answers all phone calls coming into the department as well communication via mails.
- Troubleshoots/ resolves client problems and concerns
- Manage customer complaints
- Working in a call center environment, assisting customers while making appropriate documentation in CRM system, strong multi-tasking and data entry skills preferred.
- Gives appropriate information and responds to questions on testing or specimen requirements.
- Follow procedures and departmental processes.
- Tracks and explain problem orders
- Follow up with customer calls where necessary.
- Help customer explain new plans and pitch packages/ tests and take request for home collection bookings
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shift where lunches and breaks are scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Team leading experience
Communication:
Candidate can communicate well in Hindi and English.Must be able to read and write English for mails communication.
Qualification : B.A./Any Graduate / B.Com/ M.Com
Experience Required :
Minimum 5 Years
