Job Summary
- Assisting the Supervisor in all her responsibilities and duties
- Assisting other departments in preparation of documents, etc. (Accounts, Purchase, etc.,)
- Proficient in scanning large volumes of documents within time allocated
- Preparing letters, memos and other office correspondence (Work orders, AMCs, POs, Quotations, Proposals, etc) efficiently, within the stipulated time period.
- Filing of all office correspondence efficiently. Ensuring that all sensitive official records are kept under lock and key, with access only to the concerned personnel / staff
- The Secretarial Assistant must keep sensitive information that they have access to as private and confidential, without disclosing this to other employees and outsiders. Failure to comply with this might lead to dismissal
- Handling the Front Office in the event of the Front Office Assistant being on leave or not in her seat (during lunch breaks or other times). Will be responsible for call handling and visitor handling at these times
- Must be proficient in the use of Tally & MS Office (including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Outlook Express.
- Will maintain stationary register to issue office stationery items to employees as and when requested, and record the same in the respective registers maintained for this purpose.
Qualification : Any Graduate / Under Graduate
Experience Required :
Minimum 30 Years
