Job Summary Provide business specific support to IT Senior Management that will facilitate the integration and delivery of IT solutions that meet specific business requirements.
Assist in the conception, coordination, testing, and implementation of new processes, reports and enhanced business systems.
Manage the analysis and development of IT service pricing methodologies to assure an equitable and efficient distribution of IT operating and capital costs.
Implement and monitor tracking system for IT contractual agreements.
Provide documentation development, analysis, editing, across a wide variety of IT disciplines.
Provide technical writing support where needed.
Record relevant meeting minutes and summarize appropriately.
Archive and extract information from multiple Office tools and databases.
Provide administrative support to IT senior management.

Qualifications

Experience in IT management, and customer service support.
Experience in working in a global organisation.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and to negotiate and accommodate a diverse user base.

High degree of problem solving skills and negotiation.
BS or equivalent.
