Job Summary

Responsibilities

Candidate is expected to lead and support ongoing innovation objectives of the unit in the field of health outcomes analysis which warrants having thought leadership skills
Project management: Managing a Systematic Literature Review project team to ensure timely delivery of projects to a high standard, managing client communications, and ensuring projects are delivered on budget
Additionally, independently contribute to the preparation of study protocols, assisting junior team members in developing project deliverables, and assisting with the interpretation and dissemination of findings
Technical leadership: Providing technical leadership and training to more junior staff, and ensuring own skills are up to date
Line management: Line manage a team of Associates and Associate Consultants with focus on team development
Business development: Writing and presenting proposals in response to a request from a client. Attending client meetings to present the skills and experience of PAC

Qualifications

Master s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences/Medicine/PhD (>5 years of experience)
HEOR and consulting experience is desirable
Understanding of broad disease and therapeutic areas
Evidence of a high level of proficiency in project management and business development
Good communication skills-oral and in writing; ability to communicate effectively, with project team members
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
High degree of enthusiasm and self-motivation
Work well in a team as well as independently, and be able to take leadership role with regard to methodological elements in projects Apply Now Save Job
