Qualification & Competency
- Any Graduate and an MBA fromgood institute
- Having 5-6 years of experience in institutional sales servicing to Pharma/cosmetics in Western region
- Computer Literate
- Innovative Thinking, Aggressiveness, Assertiveness, Proactiveness and Target Oriented
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- New Business Development from different industries.
- Client Management.
- Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets and Studing the competitors products & services.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on organisation objectives, market characteristics & cost.
- Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
- Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, & packaging.
- Involvement form lead generation to the closer of the sales process.
- Negotiations and closures
- Coordinate with accounts dept. regarding payments & collections issues.
- Sales reports on weekly and monthly basis.
- Inventory management.
- Solve the problems of transporter and assuring timely delivery.
