Roles & Responsibilities
Candidate should possess good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI Applications, in all the area of SAP Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) Environmental Protection (Emission, Energy & Wastewater Management), Waste Disposal, HSE Competency Assurance (incl. EHS Regulatory Requirements Definition and Management Process), HSE Management System / Procedures / Policy, HSE Planning, Performance, and Strategy (EHS Regulatory Requirements Definition and Management Process, EHS Reporting), Manage Product Safety (Hazardous Material Management Process), Occupational Hazard & Personal Safety (Operational Safety), Occupational Health (incl. Food & Water) & Industrial hygiene, Plan & Manage EH&S Loss Prevention & Emergency (Job Hazard Analysis, Incident Management Process), Technical and Process Safety, HSE Risk Management, Loss Prevention and all HSE Studies (Process Hazard Analysis, Management of Change, Risk Management, Manage Safety Critical Equipment's) , Transportation Safety (Air, Marine, Land),.The consultant should be an expert in requirement gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping, blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, training manuals and configuration related documentation, configuration, testing, training and support.The consultant should also possess SAP ABAP debugging skills, and should have good experience in supporting production issues (both L1 and L2) in SAP HSE. He should possess experience on working on RICEFW and minor enhancements.The consultant should be efficient in testing the changes in both development and quality environment before moving the changes to the Production Environment.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
- Experience in Business/Solution Architecture, SAP FICO Consulting & Configurations, Integration, Support & Lead Consultant, Project Lead, Project Manager etc.)Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness attitude
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 10years Implementation Experience min 4 end to end implementation-EHS
- 10years Experience in Business/Solution Architecture,
