Position:- Maintenance Engineer -04

Education: -Diploma/B.E Mechanical / Electrical

Experience: -Min 2 Years in a chemical factory, Food Industry, and Pharma Industry

Salary: -Up to 3.6 LPA

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer 02

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare specifications for process equipment
• Prepare Equipment installation drawings and ensure the installation of the equipment as per the same.
• Review drawings issued by the vendor.
• Complete periodic inspections of the vendor's site to check for the progress of manufacturing of the equipment
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance program.
• Attend to breakdowns, troubleshoot, and rectify basic issues in the shortest possible time.
• Ensure that all safety instructions and measures are strictly observed.
• Study and review standby facilities for critical sub-assemblies and addition of capital equipment on a long-term basis for smooth operation.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Preparation and Review of respective Documents / Procedures.
• Fabrication, Erection, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, operation of Boiler and Thermic Fluid Heater.
• Maintenance of Process Boiler like FBC, Briquettes fire combi Pac, Oil fired.
• Water Treatment Plant-like RO, DM, Soft Water plant.
• Various types of rotating and static types of equipment like Pumps, Tanks, Vessels, Cooling towers, Chillers, Compressors, Conveyors, Reactors, and Heat Exchangers.
• Planning and execution of flash steam and condensate recovery projects.
• Electrical and Instrumental circuit.
• Operations PLC & Scada.
• Operation and maintenance of DG.

ElectricalMaintenance Engineer 02

Responsibilities:-

• Preventive Maintenance Planning

• Spare Parts management

• Erection commissioning of Plant Machinery

• Knowledge of OHS and EMS.

• Maintenance cost.

• Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.

• Utility maintenance, like Air compressor, Diesel Generator, etc.

• Knowledge of Material Handling equipment like stacker, Forklift.

• Familiar with MTTR, MTBF, and Breakdown analysis.
• Water Treatment Plant-like RO, DM, Soft Water plant.
• Various types of rotating and static types of equipment like Pumps, Tanks, Vessels, Cooling towers, Chillers, Compressors, Conveyors, Reactors, and Heat Exchangers.
• Planning and execution of flash steam and condensate recovery projects.
• Electrical and Instrumental circuit.
• Operations PLC & Scada.
• Operation and maintenance of DG.
• Good knowledge about AutoCAD.
