Division 2 Wheelar Unit/Plant B-41/42 (Unit-IV) Department Maintenance Position Sr Engineer or Executive Nos 1 Qualification BTech,BE-Mech Years of experience 5 to Above Area of experience Candidate should be Experience of Fixture & Tools Maintenance Knowledge robotic Job Description Maintaining up time of Tool / Fixtures Zero Production loss on account of BD Improve MTBF (Mean time between failure) Will be reviewed based on period between two failure for the same defect. Improve MTTR (Mean time to repair) Min loss of Production on account of repairing delay Customer complaint "Customer Complaint PPM Fitment & Function - Zero Appreance - Value less than four digit figure within total month. " Cost control "Reduction in cost - > Maintenance spares > Cost of Rejection on account of Tool / Fixture > Production loss cost" Maintaining of Instrument & Gauge and there Calibration "> Base on the health of the Instrument & Gauges > Calibration plan Vs actual (Reports)" Installation,Monitoring & Sustainance of pokayoke Will be reviewed base on the daily Pokayoke audit report. Maintaining Critical spares base on the lid time for procurement "> Will be reivewed base on the Production loss on account of the spare. > Master list of critical spares Tool / Fixture wise " Support to Production in meeting Delivery adherence Support to JH Will be review by Taining given to Production staff for JH activity Plant level house keeping & noise level 12 1S & 2S score - 85% and Noice level reduction by 20DB w.r.t current Impact Age Group 21-35 CTC per Month Location Aurangabad
