Job Summary

Position: Finance Head

Role: The person will be heading the Finance function for India and UK offices.

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & responsibilities:

Directing and managing a team of accountants, overseeing financial reporting, management reporting, internal audit, cost control, and other related activities.

Implemented company wide financial reporting systems, reducing month-end reporting time by 50% through new systems and team training.

Restructured high-cost debt, reducing finance costs by at least 5% and negotiating improved terms and increased credit limits.

Optimized cash cycles through analysis, planning, and monitoring, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Efficiently finalized financials and timely closures of books, presentations & timely circulation of relevant information to different groups, effective audit closures, reducing qualifications and resolving cases with authorities.

Ad-hoc analysis, financial & tax planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting. Variance analysis, sensitivity and trend analysis, comparison with industry, testing compliance and covenant.

Analyzing the various material aspects and sections of the financial statements through testing and forecasting based on past year data and figures.

Qualification & Experience: An ACA/ACCA/CMA (UK) with 10-15 Yrs. of relevant experience
