Job Summary Job description and requirements
  • Market Analysis & Enquiry Generation
  • Evaluation of tender documents
  • Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender
  • Cost Estimation of the Project
  • Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation
  • Preparation of techno- commercial proposals
  • Floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items
  • Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis
  • Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
  • Approving or rejecting requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules
  • Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to ensure adherence to schedule
  • Assisting procurement section in purchase orders
  • Coordination with purchase and planning department for material delivery and technical submittals
  • Technical Planning control and data sheet preparation for all the items of the project and get approval from customer / consultant
  • Preparing inventory details, Stock sheet and as built drawings
    • Desired Profile
  • BE / B Tech Mechanical Engineer with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC
  • Expertise in techno commercial negotiation and interpretation of complex terms and conditions of contract
  • Able to read Engineering Drawings
  • Knowledge of duties & taxes applicable against supply & service
  • Knowledge of Basic engineering products viz. Gearbox, Bearings, Pumps etc.
  • Knowledge of Product application engineering & performance troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

    BE / B Tech Mechanical Engineer
    Experience Required :

    3 to 5 Years
