Communicating with prospect clients
Organising sales visits
Presenting our deals
Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Reviewing sales performance
Negotiating contracts and packages
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets

Educational Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline is compulsory
MBA in Marketing will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2years experience into sales & marketing. Relevant experience in real estate sector will be desirable.
- Sales experience in IPC ( International property consultants) , Corporate Broking houses
- big firms like JLL, Cushman & Wakefield will be given preference.
