Job description

• PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Understand key business requirements, and objectives deliverables from project manager.
• Develop right solution on IoT platform to meet the requirements.
• Testing validation of those programs to ensure bug free programs are
• delivered
• Troubleshooting issues after deployment in Production lines
• Develop and maintain codes/software.
• Provide support with documentation to support the software product.
• Generating requirements for new products, porting and code development for new products
• Maintenance updates for existing products.
• Project documentation to comply with procedures, as well as customer
• documentation.
• Working closely with HW Engineering, SW/Firmware Engineering UI/UX
• teams within CSPL

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Experience with data connectors such as MQTT, Kafka, LoRa, Sigfox or other IoT Protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or other IoT cloud services.
• Experience with PLC, DCS and SCADA.
• Strong skills in hardware design of embedded electronics devices using sensors and actuators Hands-on experience in interfacing ADCs, memories, sensors, actuators, output and input devices with the microcontrollers.
• Sound knowledge in working with GPS, GSM, WiFi and BT modules.
• Design and development of UIs and dashboards for data acquisition systems

Technical Tools :

• Microcontroller s processor Platforms: Arduino, ESP32, NanoJetson, Dialog, nRF, RPI and Intel boards Galileo and Edison along with ARM and AVR.
• Protocols: CAN, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, and Modbus.
• Programming languages: Python, Embedded Java Embedded C, RTOS.
• Design Tools Simulators: Proteus
• Platforms GCCP / AWS / IBMBluemixWatson / MSAzure
• Other Tools: NetBeans and Eclipse
• Databases mysql, mongoDB, and Kairos DB
• Basic understanding of Analog and Digital Circuits.
• Instrument Knowledge - CRO, DSO, Logic Analysers, LCRQ meter, etc.
• Self-organized and goal oriented. Fluent in written and spoken English

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Diploma or Graduate in Electronics Communication - B.E/B.Tech.
• 2-3 years experience in IOT development
• Desired to have completed a (3-6 months) course on IoT relevant courses.
