Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design, build, and implement customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet specific operational needs.
  • Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to optimize field service operations such as work orders, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 Field Service and other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Field Service issues, collaborating with support teams to resolve system problems.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure all custom solutions meet performance and functionality standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all customizations, integrations, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Train and support end-users and team members as needed, helping to maximize the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for production system support.
  • Contribute to the full application lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance bringing innovation to every stage.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM applications, preferably with expertise in Field Service.

Core Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service, including entity customization, form design, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML for custom plugin and web resource development.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps for system integrations and automation.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) and integration patterns within Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication skills able to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and architectural approaches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in technical initiatives.
  • Experience with unit testing and a test-driven development approach.

Qualification :
