Job Summary

Job Description:

Greeting and welcoming the customers.
Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
Answering customers queries regarding the product.
Achieving sales targets.
Cross-sell, Up-sell products.
Initiating Local Area Activities (LAA) and Exhibitions.
Tele calling and regular follow up with customers.
Inform customers about discounts and special on-going offers.
Stay up-to-date with new products / services and schemes.

Candidate profile:

Pleasant personality, H.S.C./ Graduates who are comfortable with front office and outdoor sales and who are fluent in English and regional language.
Prior sales experience is preferable but enthusiastic freshers are also welcome.
