Job Summary
  • Resource Planning to achieve set objectives, team selection, recruitment
  • Lead, monitor and manage a team of Sales Partners
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and generate and convert leads into long-term customers
  • Create MIS reports for specific time periods
  • Stakeholder management and Long-term relationship building
  • Set objectives for the team, train and mentor the sales partners on a regular basis and give them feedback
  • Travelling throughout the territory and visiting the customers
  • Motivate and work with rigour and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Owning and delivering sales targets for various channels
