Build pixel-perfect Web UI in: HTML, CSS, SAAS/Less and JavaScript Angular/Angular Material for front end development and Integration Jest / Enzyme or equivalent unit-testing experience required Developing applications for Accessibility compliance and conformance with WCAG 2.0 Level A through AAA, including real-world testing with JAWS, NVDA, and Voiceover. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Experience in developing secure web applications and knowledge of application vulnerabilities such as Cross Site Scripting (XSS), Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) etc. Ability to design, architect and quickly complete projects with minimal supervision and direction Experience growing, mentoring, and managing a team of high-performing engineers from diverse backgrounds. Experience owning the full lifecycle of an internally- or externally facing product, including design and analysis, feature prioritization, collecting early feedback, launch, and customer onboarding. Good communication and personal skills: ability to communicate effectively and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a solid sense of project ownership
