Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of medium- to large-scale Information Technology Projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Support in hiring of new talent

• Discussions related to retention of team member whenever required.

• Manage the performance of team member and participate in Performance discussion

Experience, QualificationsRequired

• 7+ years of experience in leading/managing project

• Experience managing and leading Enterprise Projects

• Prior experience in IT service industry

B. Tech / MCA is the minimum eligibility criteria

Preferred

• Leading and managing teams across multiple locations

• PMP / Lean Sigma / Prince II Certification

• Work Environment, Travel and Physical Demands

• May required to work from Client location, depending upon the client.
