Job Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. Project manager handles the planning and designating project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.

Responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Leading the team and coordinating the project in all phases from start to end.

  • Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.

  • Responsible for Client Interaction, daily scrum with the team, understanding of P&L, flexible on timing as per client need.

  • Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members and participants in the team activities.

  • Track the project progress through Jira on a daily basis to make sure the project is progressing as per the plan and review daily remaining hours logged by the team.

  • Attending Client calls and capturing meeting notes of the discussion.

  • Provide customer support to existing clients to sign maintenance contracts with the clients.

  • Attending daily PM Scrums and conducting Scrums for your respective team(s)

  • Ensure no complaints / negative feedback from any colleague/team member in the Helpdesk.

  • Manage client service request tickets.

  • Team management - Track individual performance, share feedback, plan, and monitor team's development.
