Job Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. Project manager handles the planning and designating project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.

Responsibilities and deliverables:

Leading the team and coordinating the project in all phases from start to end.
Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.
Responsible for Client Interaction, daily scrum with the team, understanding of P&L, flexible on timing as per client need.
Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members and participants in the team activities.
Track the project progress through Jira on a daily basis to make sure the project is progressing as per the plan and review daily remaining hours logged by the team.
Attending Client calls and capturing meeting notes of the discussion.
Provide customer support to existing clients to sign maintenance contracts with the clients.
Attending daily PM Scrums and conducting Scrums for your respective team(s)
Ensure no complaints / negative feedback from any colleague/team member in the Helpdesk.
Manage client service request tickets.
Team management - Track individual performance, share feedback, plan, and monitor team's development.
