POSITION Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking for a Recruitment Specialist in Talent Acquisition team for OptiSol Business Solutions.
Experience required: 3 5 years
Salary: 3 LPA to 6 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in Design & implementation of overall recruiting strategy
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, and other relevant boards.
- To run recruitment campaigns, walk-ins etc., to generate high quality leads.
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking.
- Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
- Evaluate & Screen resumes and cover letters.
- Use recruiting tools for objective assessments to assess candidate skills.
- Coordination with Team Heads and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
- Involvement in Planning & implementation of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality applicants.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment lead generation.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Understanding job descriptions, skills set, competencies required for the role and can differentiate the level of competencies required for different positions.
- Experience in running various hiring lead generation initiatives.
- Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems.
- Should be proactive, smart & accountable professional with extensive experience in Recruitment.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines.
