Job Summary

Fluent in spoken and written language skill, ability to ask insightful questions to retrieve information from stakeholders, communicate project requirements clearly and unambiguously to the team in simple language, must be bold and not hesitate to
ask for further information.
Knowledge in writing use cases and user stories
Must be a good listener and absorb information, able to understand the objective or
the context, ability to identify the tone and voice of the customer
Fully understand a problem, outline the parameters, come up with potential
solution, quickly react and solve new problems, must have critical thinking skills.
Must research and analyze data, ability to make critical decision and decisive plan of
action, ability to analyze a problem from multiple perspective and decide on best solution.
Ability to plan meticulously, divide responsibilities between team members, help
keep everyone on track, track and ensure the project timeline, own up to mistakes of the team.
Document all requirements, must be clear and concise in documenting.
Knowledge in modelling tools, knowledge in Business Process Modelling Notations (BPMN), ability to communicate a process though models.
Extensive knowledge in Ms Office, Ms Visio, Software design tools such as InVision, Adobe XD, SQL queries (added advantage), Business process models such as draw.io, Project management tools such as Jira, Azure etc.
Establishing the technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts
Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering Use Cases, GUI, Screen, and Interface designs as and when required
Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle.
