Job Summary

Developing projects and monitoring project performance.
Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern.
Creating initiatives depending on the business requirements and needs.
Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement.
Collaborating with users and stakeholders.
Working closely with senior management, partners, clients, and technicians.
Presenting ideas and findings in meetings.
CTraining and Mentoring Team members.
Should have very good experience in technical writing, designing process flows, and documentation writeup.
Should be reasonable in excel and ppt.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have a basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence should be an advantage.
