Job Summary

Job Description:

Technical:

10+ years of SAP BI/BW experience
Experience in SAP HANA BI 7.4/ BW / SAP BODS/ Business Objects 3.1, 4.1
At least 3 full life cycles implementations on SAP BW
Expertise on BW4/HANA
More than 4 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA 7.3 and 7.4.
Expertise in Business Analysis, GAP Analysis, Data Extraction, Reporting Analysis, Performance Tuning and End User Trainings.
Worked under benchmarks from functional/business requirements to design and develop BW objects (installation of standard objects, enhance existing objects and create custom objects) like info objects, business content, infosources, data targets, transfer rules, update rules, etc.
Datawarehousing skills and experience using ETL tools like SAP BODS
Generated reports for business using tools like SAP Business Objects tools SAP Lumira, Analysis for office and SAP BEx analyser.
Good knowledge of Agile Methodology Scrum and Unified Process.

Project deliverables:

Experience working on multipronged engagement model onsite / near shore / offshore
To provide development services in SAP BW/HANA technologies
Lead and coordinate Data Modeling in SAP BW and HANA Project
Work with other developers and offer input from time to time working closely with Onsite Solution Delivery Manager.
Source the data in SAP BW from SAP and non-SAP source systems by building custom extractors, use standard extractors etc
Model data in SAP HANA Studio to handle complex business scenarios (Calculation Views, using appropriate Calculation Engines, star schemas etc.)
Documentation and Technical specification documents including end to end architecture and solution design from SAP BW & HANA perspective will be nature of the job
