Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, roll-out, and support.
• Solve complex business problems by utilizing a disciplined development methodology.
• Produce scalable, flexible, efficient, and supportable solutions using appropriate technologies.
• Analyze sourceandtarget system data. Map the transformation that meets the requirement.
• Interact with clientsand onsite teams during different phases of a project.
• Monitor and optimize process chains and data loading jobs.
• Create, enhance, and maintain Business Warehouse objects, queries, and web intelligence (WEBI) reports. Publish and distribute the reports.
• Build BW-integrated planning models using aggregation levels, planning sequences, and planning functions.
• Conduct BW Security analysis authorizations and/or structural authorization.
• Perform HANA database activities and monitor database performance.
• Build native HANA models to consume data from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Conduct data provisioning using standard methodologies SLT, SDA & SDI for Business Intelligence (BI) migration project.
• Build the visualization platforms using SAP tools like SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and WEBI.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in BW data modeling, like Advanced DataStore Object (ADSO), Open Operational Data Store (ODS) views, etc.
• Good knowledge of BW ETL from various source systems (like ECC, CRM, APO, BODS, Flat Files) using LO cockpit, custom extractors, ODP extractors, etc.
• Ability to write SQL Scripts, stored procedures, integrate them in the views, and hands-on experience in using analytical privileges.
• Experience in working with BW master data and data marts based on standard ECC modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Finance and Controlling (FICO).
• Excellent knowledge of key technical objects used in the creation of SAP HANA models with good experience in various data loading and replication methods for loading data into SAP HANA from different databases.
• Should have good knowledge of data provisioning, like SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server(SLT), and be able to provide the solutions with best practices.
• Experience in SAP HANA Live (Analytics) and optimizing the performance of HANA views.
• Expertise in SAP HANA Data Provisioning, like SLT, SAP Smart Data Access (SDA), and Smart Data Integration (SDI) is desirable.
• Should be able to perform Modelling and scripting views, including the ability to write procedure and script HANA views using SQL.
