Sales Professional
Mandatory qualifications:
- B.E/ B.Tech-Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical-Engineering
Candidates knowledge in:
- Business Development of Data Monitoring, Automation, Product Engineering Services, and customized automated test setups, to Govt. and Private Industries.
- Generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts
- Evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account this involves evaluating the customer profile, creating a heat map, and targeting key steps needed to execute the account plans
- Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business
- Promotion of company s products and services
- Building and delivering presentations/demonstrations of OSL offerings to customers
- Aligning the self with quality standards and following the processes; recommending improved policies and procedures
- Keeping oneself updated with future technologies
Desirable:
- More than 2 years of experience Key Accounts Management in the Industrial products and automation products business
- Must have handled Techno-Commercial s role in the past profile
- Must be willing to travel for a significant period
- Understanding of Industrial and Government Purchase process
- Good at Interpersonal relationships
- Must be willing to grow into a Sales Manager and a VP Sales in the future
- Extremely good command of English and Hindi
