Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

    Participate in meetings with management to determine vacant tech-related positions and the technical requirements for those jobs.
    Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant social media & other platforms.
    Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
    Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
    Performing background and reference checks.
    Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
    Offering job positions, salary negotiation and completing the relevant paperwork.
    Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
    Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to his/her Reporting Manager.
    Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
    Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified tech team to support the organization

Desired Skills / Experience

    Skill requirements
    A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
    Previous experience in interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
    Proficient in using company software and social media to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
    Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
    Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
    Strong convincing & negotiating skills.
    Good knowledge of word, excel and other MS Office tools.
    Experience :

    3+ Years as IT / Technical Recruiter.

Preferred Qualification

    Any Graduate or Post Graduate Human Resources degree
